By offering products, creative workshops, and wellness classes, Flowy aims to inspire being in a flow with life, connecting more deeply with your self and with the natural world.
Product Mission
Flowy products are made via socially and environmentally healthy channels, using organic and sustainable textiles and natural, non-toxic dyes, and ethical manufacturing. We aim to create zero waste of materials, which is why all products are made to order.
Our processes are slow, mindful and varied. Each piece is handmade, hand painted, and/or hand-dyed, harkening back to a time when clothes were made naturally, slowly, and contained no synthetic or petroleum based materials. For that reason, often times, your item may have slight variations from the photos on the website as natural dying by hand produces irregular results. This slow, mindful, made-to-order process means that we will take one to two weeks to create your order and it will be shipped according to your shipping selection.
Our mission is to create a special connection between you and your new garment to combat throw-away culture and to encourage careful consideration of purchasing power to make change. By supporting Flowy you are making a a reciprocal blessing to the earth and to yourself.
Return/Exchange Policy
For refunds, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You can receive store credit up to 45 days after purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
